DOMESTIC ASSISTANT
Band 2 - £24,647 to £26,763 pro rata
Plus £1,349 Distant Island Allowance pro rata
20 hrs per week,
5pm to 9pm - Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
Permanent Contract – Job Share will be considered
We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Assistant post to join our Domestic Services Team within the Western Isles Hospital, Macaulay Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2AF.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, always ensuring that a high-quality service provision. The work will be within the Renal Unit and other areas when required.
The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part-time workers. For further information see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk.
