Join our team at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, a stunning Lovat Parks location in the heart of the New Forest. As Grounds & Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee the upkeep of our park, ensuring the grounds, facilities, and holiday homes, lodges and safari tents are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and owners.

What will you do?
* Lead and motivate the grounds and maintenance team
* Plan, delegate, and review weekly maintenance tasks, including snagging, landscaping, caravan siting/re-siting, and general upkeep
* Support scheduling and cost management of winter works alongside the General Manager
* Ensure high front-of-house cleanliness standards, including proactive litter picking
* Manage stock ordering for maintenance and grounds teams, maintaining optimal inventory levels
* Oversee maintenance orders, deliveries, and quality/safety checks
* Supervise waste management, drainage, utilities, and park equipment servicing
* Coordinate with external contractors for cost-effective maintenance solutions
* Address and resolve guest concerns efficiently, providing feedback to the team
What are we looking for?
* A history of successfully leading, developing and motivating a grounds and maintenance team
* Experience of carpentry, plumbing or another maintenance-based trade
* Experience of on-park development projects
* An understanding of landscaping and gardening work
* Gas registered would be advantageous
* The ability to plan and execute a maintenance schedule
* A thorough understanding of health and safety principles and the application of safe practices
