Job Description
Sales Systems Administrator, Andover : The role holder will act as the interface between the sales team and the systems team, ensuring that the data is continuously up to date to allow quick and accurate reporting. They will also support the business through efficient order and project tracking and facilitate contract reviews and work with the production teams.
* Liaise with sales, procurement, production, technical & finance to ensure system data is correct
* Pre and post-sales support for customer orders, including completion timely completion of shipping documentation
* Facilitate the contract review process - this includes working with sales, finance and production teams.
* Create Projects, track progress and maintain the Project Management system
* Expedite and reschedule orders as required
* Process all customer orders, acknowledge receipt with customer, and process ready for dispatch
* Maintain and action open order book requests/responses
* Assist the ERP Systems Specialist with the on-going maintenance of the Company wide ERP
* Facilitate communication, cooperation, and knowledge sharing across the business
The Successful Applicant
Sales Systems Administrator, Andover :
* You will need good IT skills (lots of training available but you need some knowledge and a desire to learn)
* You need to have confidence to speak to lots of people both internally and external customers, you need to be happy speaking in meetings.
* Experience conducting complex data entry & activity processing on an ERP system is a definite advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Keen attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with others.
* Proactive and curious
What's on Offer
Salary of circa £28,000 - £35,000 plus excellent package. This is a friendly and supportive environment to grow your career.
