Job Description:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a high performing expanding team within the Life Sciences industry. You'll be responsible for accurate and effective delivery of interview scheduling and background screening throughout Europe.
How you'll shape the future of talent:
1. Initiate and accurately monitor and complete background checks for new hires.
2. Interview scheduling.
3. Ensure system and tracker accuracy of progress through the process to ensure compliance.
4. Build a positive rapport with candidates during the process and ensure they receive the information they need in a timely manner.
5. Responsible for the on-boarding of candidates from Employment Screening through to Start Date.
6. Maintain a positive rapport with hiring managers throughout the process to achieve client satisfaction and to help meet service level agreements from a recruitment perspective.
You'll be someone who can bring:
1. Solid experience in recruitment or HR administration.
2. Strong communication skills – you’ll be communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
3. Experience in Microsoft Office package and Database/CRM/ATS experience.
4. Driven by best practice and operational excellence.
5. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
8. Fluency in English and German.
