Customer Service Supervisor
Azores Cambridge Bakery is looking for a customer service supervisor to perform the following tasks:
1. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
2. Assign sales workers to duties
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
4. Order merchandise
5. Authorize return of merchandise
6. Establish work schedules
7. Sell merchandise
8. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
9. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
10. Organize and maintain inventory
11. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
12. Conduct performance reviews
13. Supervise office and volunteer staff
