Facilities Manager
Location: Leeds (Static Site)

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations on a single-site facility in Leeds. This is a static role with no call-outs, offering a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day hard facilities services, including maintenance, supporting with soft services including cleaning, and security.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards.
3. Lead and support the on-site team to deliver high service standards.
4. Manage budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships.
What You Need
1. Proven facilities management experience on a static site.
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
3. Great leadership and communication skills.
4. NEBOSH/IOSH or other relevant FM qualifications (preferred).
