Regional Sales Manager - Orthopaedics (Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty) Overview: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales of the complete Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty product portfolio within your designated territory. This role involves targeting and planning activities around strategic accounts, while maintaining a high level of technical and clinical knowledge to support both internal and external customers. You will assist with surgical procedures, provide ongoing training for hospital staff, and organize educational workshops to advance innovation and expertise in the field. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth of the Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio by targeting strategic accounts within the region, ensuring sales targets are consistently exceeded. Maintain comprehensive technical and clinical knowledge of Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty products to serve as a specialist for both internal teams and customers. Support theatre teams and surgeons by attending surgical procedures and providing hands-on product guidance, ensuring optimal use of Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty products. Train surgeons, surgical trainees, and theatre personnel on the use of Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty products, ensuring proper product application and positive patient outcomes. Organize and assist in the execution of cadaveric and sawbone workshops to further surgeon education and product familiarity in the Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty segment. Support the Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty Product Manager in internal training events and at national conferences, providing expert knowledge on the product portfolio. Maintain relationships with key accounts, providing ongoing support, product updates, and addressing any clinical or technical inquiries. Ensure all sales processes, including ordering, consignment requests, and workshop requirements, are completed in accordance with company policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in a biomedical science, or equivalent experience. Experience in orthopaedics, specifically in shoulder arthroplasty or upper limb surgery, with familiarity in surgical environments. Experience with Arthrex or Medacta products will be a benefit. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across the business and hospital accounts. Experience in developing training materials and delivering comprehensive product education. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on both sales and customer education.
