The role involves overseeing software engineering and quality assurance to help the company grow and innovate as it looks to become a leading tech hub in Manchester. You will play a key function in helping the company rapidly grow the business and build market share in the UK and emerging new territories.
About the Role: Responsibilities include leading engineering best practices, ensuring teams have the right skills and resources, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting a DevOps culture. To operate at scale, you should ensure we have the right capabilities and skills amongst engineers to support and maintain healthy environments, enabling frequent release cadences through automation. Line manage the Engineering Managers in your workstream.

Pay range and compensation package: The position offers a salary of £110,000, flexi-time, bonuses, pension contributions, maternity/paternity pay, and various recognition and wellbeing programs.
