No flexibility on thatWorking Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w Coventry Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a company within the properties sector Key Responsibilities: Ensure current and new Members are meeting Company Conduct and Membership rules Make appropriate verification checks for new and existing Member applicants - company & legal entity checks Client money handling assessments Record and maintain records of evidence of membership requirements for the Members’ companies Liaison with Members, requesting certain documentation and information – emails, letter, telephone Record evidence that are relevant to the Members profile such as HMRC registration for Anti-Money laundering, independent redress, ICO and RICS, or law society regulation. Monitor payments due Working closely with the compliance team, take appropriate action where documents received do not meet Conduct and Membership Rules Maintain shared inbox Candidate Specification: Working knowledge of Microsoft office A basic understanding of legal entities or property lettings contracts is desirable but not essential Must have customer service skills and experience Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Our client offers: • Onsite car park • FREE courses after probation period (level 3 and 4 equivalent)• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, extended with length of service (up to 28 days holidays) Apply today and a Reed representative will guide you through the next steps of your application.
