Position: Academic Student Services Coordinator

Role Description:
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Academic Student Services Coordinator to join our team at Wahroonga Adventist School. This non-teaching position is 0.8 full-time equivalent with flexibility to work only one week during non-term time.

The contract commences 23 January 2025.

3. Proficient in technical skills and adaptable to various IT systems

5. Effective at managing deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage academic processes including standardised testing, examinations, reports, handbooks, and academic calendars
2. Liaise with NESA and external educational bodies
3. Assist in coordinating academic-related events including parent-teacher interviews, subject selection evenings, and presentation day
4. Oversee timetable development
