As a Paid Media Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering the strategy and execution of successful paid media campaigns to ensure we’re delivering the best results for our clients, and supporting the paid media team to maintain a high quality of work.
This role will report to the Head of Paid Media, and will have the responsibility of managing three paid media managers.
You’ll work with clients who have monthly budgets ranging between £5k to £100k+. Agency experience is highly preferred, with an understanding of managing multiple ad accounts across different markets.
1. Directly manage key paid media accounts across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads. This includes the development of paid media strategies across channels, the build and launch of campaigns, budget management and monthly reporting.
2. Oversee the provision of keyword research, copy drafts and recommendations provided to clients to ensure the highest standard of work.
3. Review new campaign activity across the team to ensure technical and general setting accuracies before launch.
4. Oversee budget management across the team to ensure the most efficient budget allocation of spend according to client priorities.
5. Support paid media team with optimisation opportunities in their accounts based on recent performance and client priorities.
6. Review monthly report commentary across team to ensure it provides sufficient context to the demonstrated performance.
7. Engage with clients directly in a timely manner to discuss performance and opportunities to further grow their accounts & meet their business objectives.
8. Prioritise your task load in an organised manner, ensuring clear communication with the team to ensure expectations are met.
9. Work directly with the head of department to ensure client expectations are being met and the team have the correct support in place.
Requirements
1. You have at least 3 years of experience with paid media channels, with a strong background in paid search.
2. You can work independently and can be proactive in thinking ahead.
3. You are a strong team player and can collaborate on projects.
4. You have excellent time management skills and can prioritise your workload.
5. You have great communication skills, keeping team members up to date as well as building good rapport with clients.
6. You have a data-driven mindset, drawing actionable insights from large datasets across platforms and Google Analytics 4.
7. You have a strong work ethic and attitude, taking pride in delivering a high standard of work.
8. You can carry out duties as required by your manager to support the day to day running of the business.
