Your role as a Care Professional includes:
* Providing companionship and support to clients in their homes, including listening and engaging with them.
* Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and supporting with toilet breaks.
* Supporting clients with meals and snacks, including boiling eggs.
* Light cleaning duties to help clients stay independent.
* Possibly supporting with medication, with training provided.
* Accompanying clients to appointments, activities, or outings to promote independence.
Qualifications and Benefits:
* Flexible fixed rotas for work-life balance; full-time and part-time roles available.
* Competitive pay rates, increasing from April 1st, 2024, to £13.50 on weekdays and £13.80 on weekends, with enhanced rates on bank holidays.

Additional Information:

Requirements:
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
* Assist with personal care, light cleaning, and companionship.
* Good communication with clients and team.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
