Optimisation Clerk - Fixed Term Contract Till March 2026 Location: LS11 0LR 37.5 hrs per week Mon – Fri 06:00 – 14:00 £12.56 per hour Key Accountabilities Operating Standards To achieve agreed productivity level on moves that are made within the warehouse To analyse branch product Data Reports that are sent to us from head office. To accurately move stock from pick and reserve to new locations. To ensure processing of new lines to the pick and reserves. To audit work from all previous moves. To print off shelf edge labels using Zebra labels software. To ensure Knapp download is completed by 09.50 am To accurately identify dimension, when processing new lines TiHi and master pack amendments required on the system. To communicate with Inventory Manager and Management team with all moves made with the warehouse. To produce a monthly % report from all areas of the warehouse To meet all Health & Safety requirements. To ensure housekeeping is to agreed standards at all times. To ensure all data is kept for reference. Communication with depot automat engineer/returns. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: Essential Good Communication skills - both written and verbal Able to interpret and analyse date Basic numeric and literacy PC Skills Microsoft office Knowledge of warehouse systems Desirable Knowledge of typical warehouse layout and control Health and Safety requirements within a warehouse environment MANUAL HANDLING It should be noted that manual handling tasks such as lifting and bending are “essential requirements” of this role.
