About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of advanced aesthetic technology. This company supplies cutting-edge non-surgical treatment equipment to aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, and high street aesthetics businesses, helping them offer high-quality body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatments to their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a go-getter who thrives on new business acquisition, account management, and sales growth. The role carries a £1.2 - £1.3 million sales target, with revenue coming from:
1. Internal leads generated by marketing and inbound inquiries
2. Existing customers looking to expand their product range
3. New business development through proactive outreach
The role involves selling both capital equipment and leasing solutions, meaning you must be confident in B2B sales, finance discussions, and full sales cycle ownership. While there is flexibility to work remotely, you must be local enough to attend the Warwickshire head office when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Identify and secure new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating product value and ROI.
* Leasing & Finance: Confidently discuss leasing options and commercial benefits with clients.
* Accountability: Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance and exceeding targets.
* Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, beauty professionals, and business owners.
* Sales Strategy: Balance internal leads, account management, and outbound business development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven B2B Sales Experience: Experience in product-based sales, ideally within leasing, capital equipment, or a similar industry.
* Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A go-getter with a strong commercial mindset and a hunter mentality to secure new business.
* Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage and influence decision-makers effectively.
* Organized & Accountable: Skilled in managing multiple sales channels with a structured approach.
* Confident & Professional: Comfortable discussing financial options and handling high-value sales.
What's in It for You?
Competitive Basic Salary (£30,000 - £36,000) + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings of £80,000 - £120,000 per year
