With over 75% of our products exported, we have a vast sales and dealer export network across 40 countries worldwide, supported by 400 employees in the UK, based across three centres of excellence manufacturing sites.OverviewReporting directly to one of the Senior Development Test Engineers, the Student Development Test Engineer will be part of a team of skilled engineers conducting Machine and Component level testing in order to support Engineering Projects at Niftylift. The Student Development Test Engineer will support with engineering project related testing programs on NiftyliftMobile Elevating Work Platforms.Main tasksConducting machine and component level test programmes to satisfy requests from project related streams of the Engineering Discipline. Examples: New Product Development, Value Engineering and Product Support departments:Generate with support detailed test plans in advance of the testing program, including where required EHS Risk assessmentsWhere required install and utilise measurement tools and instrumentation to accurately record data during the investigationCarrying out machine and component level physical testing, on- and off-site where appropriate.
