Page Personnel are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit for a permanent Sales Account Executive. The role primarily focuses on maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Account Executive
Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing ones.
Drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls as well as email enquiries.
Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM software.
Follow up on all online-generated sales leads promptly.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Understand customer needs to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and manage quotations and order confirmations using CRM tools.

A successful Sales Account Executive should have:
Proven sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
A strong team player who can also work independently when required.
