As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the business strategy within a portfolio of key accounts by providing tools, analysis, and valuable insights.
This role requires you to work closely with stakeholders, offering real-time support and acting as a trusted advisor to inform decision-making, maximise value creation for the client, and minimise risk exposure.
Job Description
You will take responsibility for the end-to-end financial management of the client contract, ensuring that all contractual and financial matters are reported accurately to both ISS UK and the client team.
This includes delivering financial analysis and performance insights that challenge thinking and shape strategic decisions, while identifying opportunities to optimise costs and enhance value.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with peers of the Client's representatives; promoting ISS and development of services and understanding the changing needs of the Client.
2. Build partnerships and strong relationships with managers, stakeholders, and their teams providing financial support to commercial decision-making.
3. Challenge and support the business (unit) in driving business improvement initiatives, including cost reductions, contract negotiations, price execution, and process improvements.
4. Ensure customer contract governance is adhered to, including client reporting, reconciliations, and change notes governance are in place.
5. Identify and support in executing gap closure plans including proactive identification of financial and commercial risk.
6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance including month-end results.
7. Supply chain governance including working closely with the Account team and Procurement to align to business objectives and optimise supplier maintenance agreements (including supplier negotiations).
8. Advise the Senior Finance Business Partner and Key Account Managers/ Directors of all key changes which affect commercial performance and work closely with the Senior Management team on the accounts.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. Qualified or Part Qualified (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
2. Commercial finance experience in a commercial service contract environment.
3. Prior client-facing experience is essential.
4. Professional, committed, conscientious, proactive, and innovative.
5. Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role.
6. Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team.
7. Numerate, accurate, and confident with working on your own initiative.
8. Ability to prioritise workloads appropriately.
9. High level of computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial systems.
