About the Role:
With a growing portfolio of large-scale residential and commercial projects, our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Revit Technician to join their team at their Coventry office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on varied and high-profile developments within a respected and forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
* Produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
* Coordinate with contractors to support smooth project delivery.
* Develop and modify Revit families as project needs evolve.
* Maintain project templates and adhere to established standards.
* Troubleshoot technical issues within Revit and BIM workflows.
* Stay current with industry trends and BIM best practices.
* Provide Revit training and support to team members as needed.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software
* Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction detailing
* Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Capable problem-solver with strong time management
