The role as a Behaviour Support Assistant:
1. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment while ensuring that all students receive the individualised guidance they need to thrive in the classroom.
2. You will work with students aged 4-16.
3. You will engage with them and help the class teacher deliver tailored support and guidance based on their individual and unique learning requirements.
4. Your job will be to inspire and motivate the students while also building on their confidence. You will collaborate with the class teacher to implement strategies and interventions that will promote their academic growth and ability to overcome challenges.
5. You will benefit from being surrounded by a supportive team of staff and have opportunities to shadow and learn from other experienced professionals.

The successful Behaviour Support Assistant:
