Event's Coordinator - Hook, Hampshire Job Type: Full Time - Up to 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7) As an Event’s Coordinator you will be joining a dynamic team dealing with sales enquiries via telephone or email. You will ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a flawless and professional manner. Working closely alongside an experienced Event’s Manager to develop and enhance your skills and also a fantastic events team you will support with delivering experience’s to remember for our Corporate and Leisure guests. Key Responsibilities: To provide the highest quality of guest service standards with the aim of exceeding expectations at all times, whether by operations or administration. To be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Elite group in all your business relationships. To effectively sell Tylney Hall’s meeting rooms and bedrooms, responding to telephone, email and face to face enquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner To co-ordinate all arrangements for large conferences, social events and weddings, giving advice, recommendations and upselling. To attend and assist with Wedding Fares or Showcases. These may take place outside your normal working hours.
