You must be reliable, diligent and happy to work independently and as part of a team. As a Support Worker you will promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life and be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported. You will be required to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, sleep-in duties and Bank Holidays. At Autism Initiatives we provide specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion to making a difference to the lives of people with autism, as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.
