We are currently seeking a proactive Administrator to join a niche consultancy business based in West Malling. This part-time position offers the chance to support a dynamic team in a variety of administrative tasks. The Role: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include basic administration tasks, managing timesheets, raising invoices, and handling health and safety documentation. This position is primarily office-based, but there may be occasional flexibility for hybrid work. Key Responsibilities: Collect and manage timesheets from staff, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Combine and process timesheets for payroll purposes. Raise and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments via email and phone. Collate and maintain health and safety documentation. Perform credit checks using relevant software. Input and manage data on the company database. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to learn QuickBooks or similar accounting software quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £15.
