Project Manager - FF&E / Retail Display / Luxury - Permanent - £55K We're working with a leading global retail marketing agency in London, they have offices all over the world and work with some of most well known luxury brands delivering unique and creative projects for them across retail display, fixture roll outs, shop in shops, fit outs and pop ups.. They are winning more and more work and are looking for an experienced FF&E Project Manager to join the UK team. Based in London you'll need a proven track record in delivering multiple site projects for premium and luxury brands, and a strong background and passion for retail display and fit out. Working closely with the Head of Projects, Production team, Suppliers and the global team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client portfolios, including tendering, retention and account management to ensure client briefs are met. Project delivery, production and quality control inc site management and co-ordination of suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors and colleagues. Other duties will include: • Project accounting including preparing quotes, responding to tenders, budget control and reporting • Organising, prioritising and managing programmes of works and install schedules • Developing and maintaining sub-contractor and supplier relationships • Preparation of H&S documentation You will need to have knowledge and understanding of construction phases when working on full fit out projects, with knowledge of the design and production process within construction and millwork and the ability to manage multiple projects/clients/sites simultaneously, all at different stages of delivery. Site project management experience is a must, with an ability to foresee potential issues and solve problems on a daily basis. It will really help if you've got knowledge of trusted suppliers in the sector and are used to managing sub-contractors and global clients This is a great opportunity for a project manager looking to join an agency who work on multiple bespoke and unique projects and get even more knowledge and experience in a creative production environment.
