Job Description We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in Milton Keynes as a Payroll Systems and Data Analyst. You will oversee the functionality and integrity of the Payroll system including configuration and upgrades, as well as generate and analyse Payroll data while assisting in enhancing reporting and data reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for: Analyse Payroll data and assist in implementing reconciliation processes. Identify opportunities to improve data integrity and develop process changes to support continuous improvement. Serve as an expert in analytical tools and techniques to support the Payroll team, helping deliver complex and ad-hoc reporting needs. Continuously enhance Payroll processes by managing governance and risk controls to ensure efficient and effective operations. Manage system functionality and changes, including building custom Payroll reports, creating pay components, testing and redeploying system upgrades, and leading system-related projects and enhancements. Support the Payroll team and broader business by handling data and management information requests, ensuring the timely creation and provision of various reports. Address queries directly with Zellis for system fixes. Add new cost centres, service conditions, and similar system updates. Conduct system upgrade testing and ensure smooth implementation. Manage end-of-year processes. Resolve system-related queries from the team.
