We are currently seeking for a talented and motivated individual to work on a full-time basis at The Roseate Reading 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel in Reading.
The Reception Supervisor / Duty Manager will be working on a basis on 4 days on and 4 days off. When it comes to customer service, creating a truly welcoming environment and combining this with superb facilities for our guests whether travelling for business or leisure.
The Reception Supervisor / Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring that on all occasions guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds their expectations. The delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task they complete.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Provide constant customer service at the front desk
* Check-in and check-out of guests by giving an excellent welcoming and departure experience
* Answering telephone and email inquiries
* Providing guest with information on the local area
* Deal with customer comments in an efficient and professional manner
* Covering Duty Management shift
* Maximising sales
Key skills:
* Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist 4*- 5* is essential
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and be able to work in a multitasking job
* Friendly, enthusiastic approach
* A proactive approach to service
* Good industry awareness and ability to implement new standards
