Contract and Bid manager
JDRoss are currently working with and exciting company who provide technical support to the onshore and offshore wind sector.
Strongly contribute in managing an opportunity from initial identification of a customer requirement through to contract win and eventually a renewal strategy
Responsible for managing quality, content and timeliness in all stage of the bidding phases, creating customer responses, offers and responding to contractual queries and RFQs.
Ensuring project stage gates are met and appropriate approvals are obtained on time and in full
Alert any issues or identify risks during the bid phase to the appropriate stakeholders within the business and where appropriate, initiate and manage external legal/commercial support experts as needed.
Be responsible for the handover of the contract to the Commercial and Operational teams
To provide management oversight on progress with Master Service Agreements and contract reviews
Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terminology.
