Key Responsibilities:

* Providing reprographics support and managing office consumables.
* Investigating and arranging maintenance or repairs for faults and breakdowns.
* Ensuring high cleaning standards and liaising with providers to resolve issues.
* Assisting in planning and executing office moves.
* Conducting health and safety inductions for new staff and maintaining accurate records.
