Job Description Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care 40 hours per week on-call | £28,000 (rising post-probation) Our client, a well-respected and growing provider of domiciliary care, is excited to be opening a new domiciliary care branch—and they're looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Coordinator to play a key role in its success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to help shape a service from the ground up. The successful candidate will be central to delivering safe, high-quality care that enables people to live well in their own homes. As a Care Coordinator you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure care packages are planned and delivered effectively, schedules are well-organised, and clients receive the consistent, person-centred support they deserve. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full driving licence, as regular travel within the community will be required. Required Skills & Qualifications Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care Previous experience in the care sector – ideally in a Care Coordinator or team leader role A confident communicator with strong organisational skills A proactive problem-solver who can manage changing priorities Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Why Join This Service?
