About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) to join our fast-growing Data and Analytics team.
As the Delivery Manager (Scrum Master – Data Product), you play a crucial role in leading the successful delivery of complex data products and analytics solutions through effective agile practices and team leadership at NHSP. You can effectively bridge technical data engineering teams with business stakeholders while ensuring the smooth delivery of data-driven initiatives.
This role combines traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with specialized data product delivery management, requiring sufficient understanding of data platforms, ETL processes, and analytics solutions. You will ensure teams maintain agile principles while meeting business objectives for data initiatives, managing complex dependencies between data pipelines, and maintaining high standards for data quality and governance.
Working closely with Business Insights & Improvement Partners (BIIPs), Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and the wider business, you will facilitate the entire data product development lifecycle from conception to production. You will apply agile frameworks to accommodate both regular sprint work and ongoing operational data management needs, while ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional teams working on various data platforms and tools. You will need to manage stakeholder expectations around data quality, availability, and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Lead, innovate, and drive data excellence—shape the future of analytics with us! If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
