Implementation Consultant (ServiceNow HRSD)

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Collaboration: Gather requirements, provide feedback, and lead workshops to deliver effective HR solutions.
* Deliverables: Oversee content, recommendations, and user stories to ensure high-quality outputs.
* People Development: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
* Business Development: Stay updated on HR tech trends, contribute to bids, and act as a ServiceNow HRSD SME.
* ServiceNow HRSD Experience: Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD implementations; additional HRIS experience (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
* HR Knowledge: Experience in HR or HR tech, or transferable skills from related fields.
* Problem-Solving & Communication: Analytical, adaptable, and a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Project Management: Experience in Agile methodologies and managing large-scale HR technology projects.
