This post, within the DHI department, offers an opportunity to lead a team of six staff managing the delivery of a varied range of ICT services throughout HMNB Clyde and it's outstations.
You will act as the Intelligent Customer, engaging with a range of service providers, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of ICT capabilities, monitoring and improving performance to ensure all contract timescales and service deliverables are adhered to and comply with the requirements of the Clyde Safety management Arrangements and system design intent.
In addition to being the main focal point for delivery of Defence Digital services and up-grades, the post is responsible for ensuring that customer requested requirements and faults are effectively managed through the appropriate contracts.
The post holder is also responsible for supporting DHI in ensuring compliance with Authorisation Condition 2 (Marking of the Site Boundary) and Authorisation Condition 3 (Restriction on Dealing with The Site)
Please note that this role predominantly delivers administrative, project and programme support and is not a technical role, however some technical knowledge/interest would be advantageous.
