Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while providing exceptional customer service.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to sales growth.
Resolve customer queries and complaints, liaising with other departments, third-party couriers, and the sales management team where necessary.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor customer behaviour to spot trends and identify potential risks or new sales opportunities.
Ensure accurate sales order processing and data entry on in-house systems.
Collaborate with clients to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
A valid UK driving licence and vehicle.
