The Fleet Services Team are looking to recruit a Fleet Driver Trainer / Compliance Officer. Meadowfield will be the main place of work but there maybe a requirement to work at other depots as and when required. WHAT IS INVOLVED? WHAT WILL I NEED? Approved Driver Instructor qualification (ADI) or be prepared to acquire the ADI qualification in first 12 months. Demonstrate proven competency in driver instruction / assessment examiner status. HGV Drivers licence (Category C minimum). D1 Drivers licence – (101 restriction Minimum). Driver CPC Qualification card. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. MIDAS Assessor Qualification – Driver Assessor Trainer or be prepared to acquire the MIDAS qualification in first 12 months. Please refer to the attached person specification for the full criteria. If successful, you will be required to undertake and pass an in-house driving assessment as part of our pre-employment checks before any offer of appointment can be confirmed.
