Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Customer Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
* Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and inventory management
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer service
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Knowledge of store operations and management, with experience in inventory management and stock control an asset
