Job Opportunity
Due to the increasing demand for our robotic laboratory product, MultiDoseTM, Labman is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional Support Technician to install, maintain and repair them at customer sites worldwide.
The successful candidate will be based from Labman HQ in North Yorkshire, UK. Focusing on the MultiDose initially, you will take completed products from our internal production team and configure them for the customer's consumables. You will then deliver and install the MultiDose at the customer site and conduct user training. As part of the wider Labman Support Team you will become responsible for servicing all MultiDose products.
The job will be challenging and dynamic with opportunities to learn and develop your skillset, meet customers and travel in the UK and worldwide.
You will be working within a well-established Support Team at Labman's HQ in North Yorkshire, UK, as well as at customer sites. It is a creative and innovative environment, full of the latest robotic systems and technology, as well as climbing walls, gym and even a squash court.
What the Job Involves
•Configuring the new Labman MultiDose to use customer's consumables.
•Installing the MultiDose at customer sites worldwide, potentially into clean rooms or gloveboxes.
•Performing scheduled preventative maintenance of MultiDose when required.
•Communicating with customers, Labman Support colleagues, internal production and the MultiDose Product Manager.
•Providing remote support to MultiDose customers.
•Conducting customer training in operating MultiDose, routine maintenance and fault diagnosis.
•Document and feedback customer information to improve future design and customer experience.

Essential Capabilities
