Job Opportunity: NQ-3 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid Role – Sheffield
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid Working Available)
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Top 100 law firm in Sheffield. The team is expanding, and they are looking for a lawyer with a broad range of experience to join their growing commercial property department. This role is open to applicants with 0-3 years' PQE, and the responsibilities can be tailored to suit the experience of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse range of commercial property matters, providing high-quality advice to clients.
2. Ensure competent financial management, including accurate time recording, billing, and WIP management.
3. Contribute to business development initiatives to foster client retention and help grow the firm's commercial property practice.
4. Maintain up-to-date technical expertise in commercial property law and meet the SRA competence standards.
5. Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and working collaboratively within the team.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
1. PQE: 0-3 years of post-qualified experience in commercial property law.
2. Strong commercial acumen with a sound understanding of the property sector.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and managing client expectations effectively.
5. Good IT skills and experience with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft Office packages.
6. Provide exemplary client service with a focus on quality and efficiency.
7. Ensure accurate and efficient financial management of cases.
8. Contribute to the firm’s ongoing business development and client retention efforts.
9. Keep abreast of changes in commercial property law and ensure compliance with industry standards.
