Hourly Rate: £14.63 per hour
Hours: 17.5 HOURS PER WEEK.
Our Team Leader will lead, supervise, and develop a team of support workers, ensuring that the needs of our residents are at the heart of everything we do. You will be passionate about keeping up to date and informed of best social care and leadership practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to contribute to the positive reputation of the company.
* Provide line management to a designated team of staff within a specified group at a location or group of locations within the allocated division.
* Undertake reasonable traveling requirements to fulfill the tasks and responsibilities of the role, including supporting other locations within the Division as required.
* Set and communicate high standards of care and professional conduct within the team supervised.
* Lead and support compliance with Brainkind quality audits.
About You:
* Previous experience of working within a care/support environment.
* SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable in approach, able to prioritize, plan, and organize workload.
