Resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established Technical Business Analyst to form a crucial bridge between key business stakeholders, 3rdparties / key technical teams, and deliver solutions. The client has exciting business plans and a varied project plan, so we are ideally looking for experienced Business Analysts with experience across a range of business functions and technical projects. The successful candidate will define and document business processes, identify and outline appropriate solutions and deliver solutions as part of an established team. Typical duties include the following: AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation Analysing requirements and understanding the needs of our stakeholders Arrange / manage workshops Process flows / User Stories Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties/stakeholders Work closely with the relevant business and IT teams to provide that bridge and deliver the appropriate technical solution Create Business Cases and Benefits Analysis for key stakeholders Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams Creation of prototypes and proof of concepts Collate and understand feedback Re-development of prototypes into working solutions Work with the Data team to understand the data and MI requirements of clients in relation to digital platforms Training staff in how to use the new systems This is a professional environment for a high-calibre client and an exciting pipeline of project work.
