The Recruitment Group is working with a leading Manufacturer of innovative Metal Building Systems. Our client has developed into a truly global manufacturer of premium building systems for the commercial and residential construction industry.
Purpose of the Internal Sales Executive:
Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to be a key member of the inside sales team, you will be responsible for providing fanatical customer service to customer inquiries, while performing other sales functions such as qualifying inbound projects, persistent follow up, account management, and host customer presentations.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive:
5. Handle incoming emails, webchats, and phone enquiries relating to the product range.
6. Qualify inbound opportunities from architects, contractors, building material distributors and designers.
7. Upsell / Cross-sell opportunities after assessing customer needs.
8. Maintain and update our client's sales funnel.
9. Engage in persistent and appropriate follow-ups on open quotations.
10. Present product demonstrations via virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
11. Proactively connect with former and existing customer accounts to reignite or grow relationships.
12. Review technical drawings and action quotation revisions as needed.
13. Attend all Sales meetings.
14. Provide market intelligence and actively contribute ideas and solutions to the Sales Team, Marketing Department, and Technical Team
Experience/knowledge requirements for the Internal Sales Executive role:
15. 3-5 years of business development or inside sales experience in a professional office setting.
16. Relevant university degree.
17. Understanding of basic sales and customer service processes and techniques.
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP/CRM systems.
19. Some knowledge of the construction industry.
20. Proactive phone skills.
21. Effective written and verbal communication skills
