Reed Business Support are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee our clients' administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, target-driven individual with a disciplined work ethic and a proven track record in team leadership and quality assurance. Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Diary management, booking travel and accommodation.
* Ensure all stationary is ordered and keep a track on office expenses.
* Produce detailed reports and identify areas for improvement for senior management.
* Coordinate training strategies to develop a successful administrative team.
* Liaise with subcontractors and site visitors.
* Prepare documentation for internal audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrated team leadership and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
* Strong background in administration and customer relationship building.
* Excellent organisational skills and networking capabilities.
