Conveyancing Assistant – Solihull
My client, a well-established and expanding multi-site firm, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its new office in Solihull.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and work alongside an experienced Fee Earner, providing crucial support throughout the conveyancing process.
The Role:
1. Opening new files and ensuring all initial documentation is in place
2. Preparing and sending contract packs to clients
3. Undertaking searches and assisting in drafting reports
4. Providing administrative support throughout the transaction lifecycle
5. Assisting with post-completion duties; prior experience in this area is advantageous
About You:
1. You will have prior experience in a similar role within a conveyancing department
2. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential
3. A proactive approach and a desire to progress within the firm is highly valued
