Background
R G Carter is looking for an Apprentice Project Administrator to provide administration support within our Drayton business. This is a full-time position and the role will be based primarily on our construction sites with some working within the Drayton main office too.
The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude with good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team as well as independently once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt, efficient & professional manner
* Answer incoming calls
* Electronic filing and scanning
* Uploading of delivery tickets
* Uploading waste transfer notices
* Ordering of stationery
* Report production
* General ad hoc duties as required
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
* Ability to manage large volumes of emails
* Good organisation skills
* Know how to prioritise workload
* Full training will be given
* You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship the duration of this is one and half years. Upon completion and based on consistent performance we will look to offer a permanent position.
