An exciting opportunity for a Meetings and Events Planner to join an award-winning events team working at one of London's most magnificent venues.
Part time role: Meetings and Events Planner. Working alongside the Senior Internal Social Meetings and Events Planner, you will be an integral part of a busy team liaising with the President and CEO's office, head of professional governance and other senior College Officers.
As the Meetings and Events Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of internal bookings and the college social events, including key annual events, lectures, dinners, receptions and ceremonial events. You will also be one of the main points of contact for any college Fellows and Members wishing to book personal events.
You will have experience working in a similar role within a venue or hotel and be looking for part time hours.
Key responsibilities include ensuring events are administered, planned and handed over to the operations team to deliver the service on the day to the highest standards.
