The Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Key Account Manager to take charge of managing corporate automotive companies, across the UK. This role involves overseeing key relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success.
You’ll be responsible for creating tailored account plans, delivering on revenue goals, and nurturing high-value partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Account Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities within key corporate accounts to drive growth and profitability.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives and fleet managers, to foster long-term partnerships.
* Client Success: Ensure consistent client satisfaction through proactive engagement, understanding of client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to deliver seamless account management and drive customer success.
* Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth.
* Market Insights: Leverage market intelligence to inform account strategies and uncover new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
