Job specification
* Ordering and using purchasing systems within the school.
* Manage financial and administrative computer systems.
* Work closely with the school's Business Manager and attend to admin tasks set by them.
* Liaising with Head Teacher’s PA and Leadership team and reception.
About you:
* Experience working in a finance-based role.
* Highly organized individual.
* Able to monitor and calculate monthly recharges, including reprographics reports for Heads of Department.
* Confident with Microsoft Office, Excel, and IT systems.
* Able to commit to a full-time role.
Finance and Admin responsibilities
* First point of contact in dealing with routine calls.
* Raising payments on the school fund account.
* Assisting and monitoring all school accounts and budgets.
* Ordering office equipment.
* Sorting bookings for the use of schools minibuses.
* Debt reminder letters to parents and liaising with Heads of Year.
Details of the role:
* Monday to Friday 08:00am-16:00pm.
* Pay ranging between: £23,500 to £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
* Closing date: Friday 3rd January 2025.
