This role is ideal for a professional who can manage complex cases, supervise fee earners, and ensure high standards of service and efficient caseload management. Day-to-day of the role: Handle complex litigation cases, resolving disputes through courts, mediation, or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Assess the prospects of claims and manage them cost-effectively. Collaborate with Principal Associates to meet performance targets. Promote efficient case handling and ensure excellent customer outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Significant experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on multi-track cases. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage caseloads effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality performance.
