Are you a qualified Independent Prescriber? We are recruiting skilled Pharmacists or Physiotherapists to support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and manage minor illnesses or chronic conditions.
* Prescribe medication within scope of practice.
* Deliver clinical assessments and treatment plans.
* Provide patient counselling on medication and treatment adherence.
Requirements:
* Independent Prescribing qualification.
* Registered with the GPhC or HCPC.
* Proven clinical experience in a prescribing role.
