Prestigious Global law firm client is seeking to hire a Reward Specialist on a Permanent basis. The Reward Specialist will report into the Head of Compensation & Benefits and work alongside the Benefits Specialist.

* Up to £45,000 experience dependent
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
* 9:30am – 5:30pm

Reward Specialist Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Collation and submission of data for our London and international offices into external salary surveys.
* Conduct analysis and benchmarking of salary survey data
* With the Head of Compensation & Benefits, project manage the annual global remuneration review process.
* Administer our UK regulatory reporting.
* Work with the Benefits team to ensure that our reward strategies are appropriate.
* Assist Head of Compensation & Benefits and CPO to prepare budgets.

Reward Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
\n
* At least 2 years’ experience withing a benefits or rewards role within a law firm.
* Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson survey methodology would be an advantage.
* Experience in utilising compensation systems and incentive schemes.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Project and people management skills.
* Strong MS Excel skills.
