This role will be working a 4 on 4 off rotation (days and nights) comprising of 12-hour shifts. Reporting directly to the Senior Professional, you are responsible for executing the plan for a full range of product movements from receipt through to despatch, loading of customer deliveries and outgoing inter-branch transfers. You will be accountable for a variety of business metrics including safety, engagement, cost, process and service. In your first 12 weeks you will be provided and supported through a robust business & operational induction. Within this leadership role, you can expect to: Lead, develop and coach your team to ensure they maximise their individual and team performance Drive a diverse team and inclusive culture reflective of CCEP ways of working Build best in class capabilities within the team through situational coaching, making the best use of all learning resources available to develop both yourself and your team Identify potential and focus on having quality conversations that build robust development plans and career paths for your team and ensure succession pipelining is in place for your team Drive operational routines to maintain operational excellence Have a passion for growth within a role that could form part of our wider leadership succession plans Be required to drive a counter-balance fork lift truck for approximately 25% of the shift (full training is provided – this role is subject to successful completion of fork lift truck training) To be considered for this Warehouse Professional position, you should have familiarity with working on-site in an operational environment, warehousing, retail or manufacturing and a strong understanding of change management and the ability to identify changes and focus areas for your team. You must be people focused whilst leading operational routines aligned to the ways of working.
