Our client a superb Leicester based organisation are looking to appoint a Full Time Permanent Finance Assistant to their small friendly team, they have a great history of staff progression, so who knows what the future may hold for the successful candidate.
Your Role:
As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing and reconciling financial transactions.
2. Assisting with payroll and financial administration.
3. Preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.
4. Liaising between nurseries and HQ on financial matters.
5. Using nursery software and Sage for data management.
Requirements:
6. Experience in an accounts department.
7. Proficiency in accounting software, such as Sage.
8. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
10. A-Level equivalent education (Part Qualified or AAT desirable).
